We are here to provide outreach and future housing to CSEC and homeless young women throughout the State of Florida. We work with outer agencies to provide support an immediate shelter to those in need.
Our goal is to edify, educate, help youth raise their self esteem and emancipate them by providing workshops, seminars, mentoring, wellness programs and conferences from the age of 9 -21.
Through continuing education, Hands Off trains and teaches: Self Motivation, Goal Setting and Achieving, Life Skills, Relationship Building, Leadership, Wellness, Holistic Health and Business Etiquette. Hands Off, is made up of social professionals who are active pillars in their communities, willing to embark on a “Labor of Love” to help young women“Bloom where they are planted”…
Together we can help them heal and mend that which was once broken.

Master Police Officer Bradley is a native of (Orlando) and has 30 years of experience specializing in antiterrorism, security, and law enforcement. Before joining the Orlando Police Department as a police officer in 1986, Officer Bradley served in the US Army as a Security Agent, Nuclear Security Safety Specialist, and National Guard Scout Platoon. He is certified as a Defensive Tactics Instructor by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Techniques Instructor FDLE, Weapons of Mass Destruction by the US Government (USG), Incident Command Systems Instructor (USG), Police Driver Instructor FDLE and a Crime Prevention through Environmental Design Practitioner.
It was her sincere desire to help others in need that enabled Candice to open her heart and home to homeless youth and at risk teens in Central Florida. From 2011 to 2015, Candice housed and clothed 79 young women between the ages of 4 to 27 years old. It was with this spirit of compassion, Hands Off was founded in 2013 to encourage, motivate and inspire young women to reach and achieve their goals, no matter the obstacles. Hands Off has made a lasting impression within the Central Florida community through motivating and educational youth workshops called "Girl Time", various prevention programs that mentor youth in schools, coordinated home visits to support parents with troubled teens and multiple youth outreach conferences.
James Vincent Pierce is a 6th Judicial Court Judge who has a passion and desire to see our young people excel and live productive lives. He is an enthusiastic legal professional versed in criminal and civil trial practice with more than thirty years of legal experience. Judge Pierce received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law 1983, Bethune-Cookman University Bachelor of Arts Political Science in 1983 and has received multiple academic honors. He also organized, established and presided over Florida’s first Homeless Court on January 30, 2009.

Trudie Pool is a Professional Counselor working to build relationships and advocate for families dealing with the Foster Care System. Trudie holds a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling and is also a Parent Association Group Consultant. PGL provide post adoption services in the Urban Communities. Trudie works to identify needs, develop services, train, hold meetings, provide support, and help leaders overcome barriers to action plans. Prior to PGL she was apart of the Response Team for Florida Circuits 5,9,10,18,19 which responded to AdoptUskids inquires. Trudie worked closely with families interested in adoption and foster care providing home studies and setting up Parental training.
Miracle Pettenger is an inspirational and purpose driven woman. As a wife, mother, entrepreneur and the founding pastor of Proceeding Word Apostolic Ministries, Inc. in Virginia, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Math/Computer Science from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2001, as well as a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Marist College in 2006. It was her outstanding 14-year professional service in IT and project management with IBM and over 20 years of ministry service and community outreach with youth and families of various cultures that fuels her ongoing passion to encourage, motivate and inspire the young girls and women of YSV to pursue their purpose in a safe, nurturing environment and live a life that will make a positive impact on the world around them.
